This policy describes how SDWANFAST handles information in connection with the SDWANFast service. It applies to organizations and the individual users their administrators provision.
We collect account and organization information provided by your administrator, device identifiers, and connection metadata — such as session timing, gateway assignment, and traffic volume — needed to route and meter your connections. We do not inspect the content of your traffic.
Information is used to operate and secure the Service, route traffic across the gateway network, provide usage visibility to your administrator, and diagnose issues affecting connectivity.
Account and usage information is shared with your organization's administrators as part of the Service. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We retain connection and usage metadata for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legitimate business or legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We use encryption in transit and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we work to address issues promptly when identified.
Your organization's administrator can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with its accounts by contacting us, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational needs.
The Service is intended for use by organizations and their employees or contractors, and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
