By accessing or using the SDWANFast service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf.
SDWANFast provides managed SD-WAN connectivity, including gateway infrastructure, routing, and client applications, to organizations that have been provisioned access by SDWANFAST or their own administrators.
Accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator. There is no public self-registration. Your organization is responsible for the conduct of users it provisions and for revoking access when appropriate.
You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, or to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or circumvent its access controls.
We work to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur; material planned downtime will be communicated to your administrator where practical.
Our collection and use of information in connection with the Service is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
The Service, including its software, gateway network, and branding, is owned by SDWANFAST or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding outside of normal use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for an organization or individual account that violates these Terms. Your organization's administrator may revoke individual access at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDWANFAST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be confirmed by SDWANFAST], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
